Email Notifications

Priority of email addresses

Sales and support email addresses are set in the publisher’s settings and apply across all offers. The sales and support emails can be individually overridden for each offer.

Users can opt in to receive email notifications for sales, fulfillment or support.

Subscriber notification emails

Automated fulfillment and subscription email notifications sent to your subscribers on your behalf by Arkahna Marketplace Elements.

Toggle this feature off if you handle subscriber notifications manually or via your own product.
